The wonderful thing about social media these days is that you can easily find out about cool up and coming stuff. Someone on Instagram hit me up and was like "yo, you need to check out Bananana effects!" Bananana effects is a one man operation based out of Japan, and these effects are super dope. I reached out to him on Instagram and he sent us one of his super dope pedals. He even came out to one of Nick's shows on their recent Japanese tour! Without further ado, Pedals and Effects is proud to welcome Bananana effects.

I got the Matryoshka Synth. Ordered it directly from Tokio a few Months ago. It Sounds absolutely amazing on Bass. And the stuff you can do with it is overwhelming. Juan just showed the tip of the iceberg

one-person pedal operations are producing some of the best stuff these days - Bananana as well as Iron Ether (please play the FMeron if you can), Broughton Audio, and Audio Disruption Devices are all worth checking out. ADD is currently modding his "System Failure" (joystick-controlled fuzz factory / crazy oscillation machine) for me and also do amazing mods of the Digitech Multiplays that Juan loves so much, as well as other cool mods/rehouses.

I have a Matryoshka and love it! Only reason I don't have it on my board is because the C4 is easier to adjust on the fly. I don't have any "set it and forget it" settings on my synth pedals. As I use it more and get a better feel for the tiny knobs, I might try it on my board again.

Bananana pedals are a no-go for me. Why? Because they didnt put the 9v feed in front of the pedal. If they had done that i bought all of them.

Lolz. Get an Eventide Pitchfactor instead and you can do all of this and 1000x stuff more. AND it can actually do stuff that is usable. This is just crap and they charge you 200$ per unit. Good branding is what makes people buy crap like this.
