Congratulations! pediatric cardiologist is an excellent choice, regarding the online education for echocardiograms, I do not have information about online learning. All I know its a 3 years fellowship in US after the pediatric residency, and the one who teach that is the pediatric cardiologist attending during the 3 years training in the pediatric cardiology program.

As the severity of congestive heart failure increases, signs of venous congestion usually ensue. Usually first sign of congestive heart failire is tachypenea. Thanks.
