It's unknown if Large Marge would have a close feeling towards him even though as a dead ghost truck driver who told her story on how she died especially since she was popular at that dinosaur diner place which is why she told Pee Wee to tell the customers that she was sent by Large Marge. If she had a close feeling towards him, it could have and would have shown her here at the theater as a floating ghost with Pee Wee seeing her and getting scared at first and then she says, "Mr. Herman, don't be alarmed, I'm sorry I scared you before but, I just came to see your movie and I'm very proud to see how popular you have become" and he says, "thanks Large Marge" with one of the people who Pee Wee met says, "Pee Wee, who are you talking to?" (nobody probably could see Large Marge except Pee Wee himself) where he says, "nobody really, I was just thanking the world for this great day." Regarding Andy, Andy wouldn't feel close to Pee Wee since his girlfriend Simone became his friend whom Andy got jealous of and even tried murdering Pee Wee. Plus, I would guess that Andy most likely died when that bull chased him which killed him and if Andy died and felt close to Pee Wee, it could have and would have showed Andy as a dead ghost saying, "Pee Wee Herman, I'm sorry for being jealous but I thought you loved my girlfriend and I wanted to see your movie too if that's okay" with Pee Wee saying, "of course, the more the better."

Never would have thought 38 years later we would be mourning his loss at what i feel is still a young age 70 when he shared that last video of himself i could tell a little bit he didn't look well or sound hyped up and bouncy, he always had a young looking face when he got into his Pee Wee outfit
