www.AdamTheWoo.com - PLEASE RATE & SUBSCRIBE - I set out to find all the spots from the 1985 classic film with the help of Justin Scarred from www.LiveFastDie... . Our mission was a success.....Enjoy !
10 years later and going back to watch this after Pee Wee's death, and Adam, you have done an outstanding job on the montage of filming locations for his film. Thank you! I'm a recent follower and watch you daily!
Here watching Vintage Woo and Justin as a tribute to Paul. What a fun video. Now a confession...I've never seen the movie, but watching Adam for the past 8 years, and hearing so many references, I know the main characters. Now I better see it because it looks hilarious. 🤭
Here after Paul’s departure from this life.. Such a somber place now. Huge part of our childhood right here guys. Rest in peace old friend.. thanks for all the laughs and memories!
RIP Peewee. Adam! You've gotten so much better. And im glad you don't make that voice anymore. You rock nonetheless! Thanks for making these videos. And thanks for the video visiting the Peewee house in 2023.
By far the greatest video for Pee Wee's Big Adventure locations! How on earth did you find all of the locations to visit!!??! This film holds my youth in the palm of its hands, and I still enjoy it today! They don't make them like they use to (now its all CGI crap!) This movie is a time capsule, from the year 1985! Thank you Adam the Woo, for doing such an awesome job on this one!!! Can't watch it enough times!
RIP Paul Rubens I grew up watching peewees playhouse every week. Such an amazing, talented actor. Fun fact……….Tim Burton was the director for Pee Wees big adventure!
The backlot scene where Pee Wee hisses at the gang is the Spider-Man kiss stairs and it appears to be shot almost identical to Pee Wee's 'fight' scene and Mary Jane's lol! :-P
+adamthewoo Justin has really changed since then. I didn't realize you two have been hanging out this long. Adam your on screen presence has really evolved over the last 3 years. Keep up the good work.
This is no doubt one of your best Adam. Love it! I cannot believe just how much is relatively the same... PeeWee's house blows me away. Sad that the drive-in is gone but so are nearly all the rest of them in the country. Good work!
I'm sooooo disappointed that they "renovated" that mall. It was one of the coolest locations in the movie. Now just looks like any generic mall. At least it looks like the old theater is still there.
Yep. It got converted with all upscale stores, restaurants and bars filled with nothing but arrogant, condescending rich asshole tourists who despise God. Notice in the video how there used to be a Woolworth next to the bike shop that Pee Wee went to.No doubt that eye sore to these rich pricks was the first to go. I get the creeps every time I go near the 3rd Street Promenade and those stiff necked hell bound people. Can't wait for God to judge these mutants and rid this world of evil once and for all.
Adam, I was born in 86. You are covering alllllll the movies that I can recite! haha dude, your dedication deserves huge props and I want to thank you so very much for providing us with so much Nostalgia!!! Subbed bro. Sick stuff.
I never thought anyone would cover this movie like this. Such a nice addition. I liked your What About Bob video segment as well as the Edward Scissorhands. Two of my favorites
Adam thanks for all the obvious hard work you put into this! This is an absolute masterpiece! Love all your videos my friend they make my day everyday!
This is so awesome!!! One of my all time favorite movies. I cant believe how you found ALL of these! I was just watching The Wizard the other night and saw the same dinosaurs, I can't wait to go visit those in person too. Im glad they're still around!
I remember this movie. I think this person should know that Tim Burton worked on The Nightmare Before Christmas and directed Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice and Alice in Wonderland.
I remember seeing one my first film flubs in the theater when you can clearly see the never ending chain feeding up from the bottom of the bike bucket as Pee Wee pulls it out of the top. Great stuff
oh shit, my verison of vhs was different!! there was a filming error when he was pulling out the long chain. u could see the chain come in from the bottom of the little storage thing he had on his bike. but on the scene that u show it was filmed on a different angle so u didnt see the error. weird. anyway where did this take place? what town?
Dude! I knew I wasn't crazy! When I watch it now on DVD or digital I feel crazy because I would have sworn you could see the chain. I used to have the vhs too. And that's the 3rd Street promenade in Santa Monica.
piffdaddy420 I remember that error and didn't notice this clip didn't show it until you said something lol! Like the rematting errors on the original BTTF II & III dvds lol!

Also when he's passing the road signs. On the VHS you can see the signs are just on a platform being pulled by a rope into the light on rails. Can't see it on the DVD though.
I thoroughly enjoyed this!! Stumbled across your video trying to show my kid some of my beloved movies from my childhood. PWBA ranks up there at the top of the pile. Great nostalgia bro.
WOW!!! How on Earth did you guys find all the sites like this?! This was incredibly well documented and filmed. LOL @ the impressions of the guy with the beard playing Peewee. He was genius in his impressions in front of Francis's home. Very well done. I wish we could watch Paul Reubens watch this and see what his reactions are.
huh. tried to find that Pee-wee Herman (Paul Ruebens) comment for this video (that you showed in your ATW video on 8-2-23). doesn't appear to be here anymore.
8:49 You know, that dinosaur was also in "The Wizard", that movie that hyped up everyone for SMB3. It was also a cleverly disguised Nintendo commercial.
ADAM! Im going to say it: THIS ADVENTURE VIDEO of PEE WEE'S BIG ADVENTURES is your BEST of ALL. I congratulate you because I've been on most of those locations just to visit I know hey are all around the West Side of USA. & I know it must been difficult to put them together on just ONE video to get The result you ve got! I really apreciate & i know every 80s Movie FAN thank's you for the Hard WORK HERE. I worth It.! like all your Videos. I can just imagine all the FUN you Had.!
I always loved Pee-Wee Herman and the two movies he did. His HBO special was also pretty funny but I never got into his Saturday morning special. It's a shame Paul Ruebens got caught bashing his bishop in a peek-a-boo joint because there might have been more than only two Pee-Wee movies. Oh well, such as life . . .
I recognize South Pasadena when I see it from films and research.. I just found the intersection where he falls off his bike. I saw Milan Ave in the shot, crossed ref'd it with your video and google maps to come up w Oxley st/Milan ave...Thanks... took me five minutes haha
I loved that movie, I used to watch it all the time when I was little. My dad would always cover my eyes when the large Margie car scene came on though XD
