Pegasus hot water limiter modification. This video shows you how to adjust the faucet to allow you more hot water. Due to WaterSense Regulations in some states, manufacturers must limit hot water amounts but with a small modification, the hot water can be increased.

My Pegasus took a 3/32 Allen wrench. I do not have children around and like it hot. I moved the safety gear three notches to the right. Love it. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! This “fixed” the issue we were having! Haven’t used it in three years because of this. Spare bathroom so it wasn’t really high on the priority list.

I’ve got a leaky one of these. Assuming you replace the cartridge the same way? Anyone know the model number of the cartridge ?

Thanks Bon the Builder. I have one just like this but my handle broke. That long skinny part that you wanted facing down broke off. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Abby, if you review this video, at about 1:00 minute, I show you how the remove the handle. Use a set of 'Alan' wrenches and find the size that fits into the small screw up inside the hole on the bottom side of the handle. After loosening the screw, you should be able to slide the handle off. Hope this helps. Bon
