The same thing happens in the ending scene with the hospital. It’s not an actual mirror reflection. We see doubles trying to imitate the mirror reflection.

@ihatestalkers Agreed. Clearly the double isn't matching the motions well. Also, the text in the TV is right-side, not flipped, as it would be in a mirror.
Simple shot. This from a film maker. She faces camera. A double does parrots her movements, fairly well. From that view a slow pan to subject and double out. Clear shoot from there. Cute scene. Well done. No mirror involved.
This was very poorly done. It is very obvious there is no mirror there and it’s obvious those are three separate women. The movements aren’t even close to the same as well as there hair and stature. People really couldn’t act or produce in the recent past.
Yes unfortunately I noticed the flaws but overall it’s a good effect. Terminator 2 used a similar technique that blew my mind because they used Linda Hamilton’s twin sister and everything was done flawlessly. Cameron cut it for theatrical though due to pacing / edits.
Look the movie up on IMDB. Go to the goofs section and it explains that the scene was shot not using a mirror but with a double miming the actions in the foreground. That should clear things up.😊😊
