Yeah could also be the case. I do however still think that while maybe not necessarily streaming itself she loves to do the activities she does during it (e.g. gaming for example) and that can make her think it would be a waste to do during break time instead of on stream which can cause the issue of not enjoying to do things you usually enjoy during a break and or cause leaving you with more downtime where you have nothing to do.

@@gegeji6442 There's no question that she loves doing it but if she's falling to pieces like this from a simple break you can bet her entire life revolves around her work as a streamer. It's like being a kid and having your life revolve around going to school and then being bored after a week of vacation in the summer. It sounds like she feels guilty when she's not working enough.

100% accurate with this. Pekora doesn't feel like she's working hard enough because the job is too enjoyable for her lmao. She's essentially sidestepped the misery and stress-inducing adult work relationship completely, and good for her.

on the other hand, the very fact that streaming won't last forever provides some incentive to cash out while one can, so to speak. If an opportunity to make money won't last forever, why not squeeze everything out of it while you still can

@@doandaoduy7330 Considering her superchat numbers, her sub numbers, view numbers and merch sales, Pekora is very likely already set for lie even when accounting for the money she'll most likely spend on taking her off her parents. She can basically cruise right now instead of working herself into a possible burnout. On top of that, what the other commenter said is correct. Perhaps at some point, Hololive or streaming altogether ends and then what? She won't have to worry about working a 9-5 but she will need a friend group one way or another. Fortunately there are a bunch of holomems she's friends with and has met IRL already so that's great but perhaps it would be a good idea for her to spend a bit more time outside, whether that's taking walks, going to parks or travelling (she lives in a country where travelling is extremely easy) with friends more regularly if work allows it.

Well, Pekora is an introvert, shy and/or has a social anxiety. She herself has said that she is shy. But she most of the time had refused to hang out with her genmates (Flare, Noel, Marine) unless really needed as part of her job. It is more like a social anxiety. So, she can't just hang out with friends outside and such. First she should try to get her anxiety fixed and then she might feel more safe to socialize outside.

I guarantee that Pekora has already enough money to live comfortably for the rest of her life, her problem is that she has no hobbies beside streaming.

@@jaaguar13 I think the problem with social anxiety comes from the expectation of “socialising should be easy”, for example maybe by observing friends like Marine who are good at it Pekora thought she is socialising effortlessly. ‘If I’m not doing it as easily, then maybe I’m bad at it’. Assuming herself being bad causes her to worry about saying something wrong. Therefore to keep her friends the way it is she decided to avoid them. This could be a fear of change. Identity might also play a role, ‘V-tubers mostly have social anxiety, so as a V-tuber I should have social anxiety.’ I would greatly appreciate it if you could share some thought on this.🫡

​@@Khunark I dont think the saving she have is enough for lifetime. Depends on where she live, countryside is a lot cheaper than tokyo. I think she live in city, if she live in city onward, I don't think her savings is enough. Well, I do think she might work someday, but not in professional stuff, after all she's not in training or I don't really think she finished college either. Konbini is all I can think of, where she will work someday.

I think going to gym will be very difficult for her. She is basically a NEET because of her social anxiety / being shy / being introvert. She herself has said she is shy. Going to gym means doing stuff in front of strangers who might judge you when you do something wrong. I'm an introvert and I do not go to gym for this reason. But I atleast go outside (do cycling on my own, etc.). Her case is worse. She prefers to stay at home not socialize outside.

She already has a family. Her online fans. Though if you mean to conceive now that is a hard one since she's probably nearing her 30s right? It's kinda hard for women in their 30s to conceive although not impossible. She probably needs to buy pets like dogs, rabbits, cats etc. or do what Conan O Brien did and rent a family but to make her own? Nah. There's a reason why people who want kids start having kids in their early 20s because if their women reach 30s its very rare for them to conceive although not impossible but still make their chances to conceive very slim.
