You don't actually need to summon Igon for his quest. You still get his clothes and bow, and the dragon priestess still leaves you her heart and gavel.

Summoning igons is annoying bc u always get hit with bayles breathe while doing so

The senesax fight is harder than bayle it's bullshit

I found out that you can just lead Senessax to the hill and fight it there. The one to it's left. Now you dont have to worry about Lighting and water : ^)

I found success by not using Torrent for the fight, he has a nasty swipe thats unavoidable on horseback unless you abuse mount/dismount s.

Yeah F that beach. The bayle fight is awesome even with the janky lock on. Sennesax is just frustrating. Had to cheese her with range on my melee character.

Glad I'm not the only one that had a harder time with Senessax than Bayle, screw that dragon man, it always uses aoe attacks and because you're in the water, the lightning strikes harder. I had to actually respec and fully commit to the int build just to cheese it with long range

She was 170-ish in this video, I didn’t think to look at her stats though

She was in dragon form, which requires wearing no armour

Most players are sleeping on damage negation in ER. Even the opaline hardtear would serve her much better than the bubble one she's using.

If your a tank/shield user this is good suggestion, but most of players just dodge and learn the attack patterns.

"Just dodge". You get better at reading and dodging faster if you don't die in 2 - 3 hits..

Funny thing is It more like chain spell AOE instead of environment based AOE, so it still does that huge AOE lightning even if you fight on the ground

Unfortunately, Ancient Dragons (especially those infused with red lightning) are some of the worst enemies in the game to fight: Their attacks can hit you from almost any position and are often infused with electric AOE, which makes the situation even worse. They move much faster than their size suggests, and can often evade your attacks simply by taking a step. And last, but not least.....they have a ton of HP. They are long and highly frustrating fights, most of the time.

Come on guys, there is a huge hill right next to him where you are supposed to fight him.

The water doesn’t matter, the attacks spread regardless of it hitting water or normal ground, and being in water doesn’t give you debuff against elec dmg.
