Something Unto Death is such a baffling design choice for a boss for this part of the story. Not because of an "instakill" mechanic, but because it's a party size check in the part of the story that you're supposed to be alone for. Up to this point you could beat everything in the story with a team composed of characters that are canonically there, but because of mechanics everything changes here.

Ifni had to guess, having him on the team and using black Swans effect + maybe a ult if its possible you can break the other character before the boss locks uo the second one, or break the biss defense, or smth like that

The scripted attack of "something unto death" at the end of phase 1 is different from the normal one that players activate. The scripted attack, takes 2 characters at the same time. You need more than a level 1 sampo 😂

I just finished the quest and... I was instantly in love with firefly at first look, it being slowly a date and then making us love her even more ended up in me crying for 30 minutes at one point but then she actually got killed 2 hours later and it traumatized me, am still crying and I dong think I'll ever recover from it TwT I think I'll go sleep at my gf place tomorrow so I can actually feel safe and not get another breakdown >w
