On a cool cloudy day where temperatures remained in the 50's, event 173 pitted Bullis of Potomac, Md and Calabar of Jamaica in the 4x400. Calabar had the lead until.....Wilson got the baton. Wilson hit hyperdrive at the 300 mark and never looked back. That young man is gifted, running a 45.06 anchor leg! Bullis runners Julian Roberson, Alexander Lambert, Ethan Long and Wilson finished in 3:14.12 one of the fastest times of the day.

Hopefully he didn't do too much in the heat, Jamaican kids are mature far above their age they'll trick him and beat him, they check him while running they'll gage if they can catch him when they need too they'll let him pass and examine his biometrics and compare turn over rate.

Imagine running a quarter mile under 50 seconds and getting smoked by a 9th grader LOL. This young kid got greatness written all over him. His strides are smooth, seamless, no wasted motion. He will dominate for years to come.

@earthgirl7267
@earthgirl7267 Год назад
He's not peaked at all, especially at his age. Quincy has age, time, and not yet growing into his full physique on his side. Add to that his performance and PR's. I ran track in the 80s, in high school and college. I've seen many talents like Quincy do well, but this young man is other worldly. As long as he has coaches that can chart his level of consistency, he will do very well in the future.

45.09...With managed training, strengthening his arms, to maintain arm placement endurance for a 400 runner to hold form..sumpin to deal with. Also, resistance traning, focused on "two" balanced 200 meters, woww.
