Imagine Anfernee Penny Hardaway in todays game, easily top5 player and MVP candidate every season. His Basketball IQ, court Vision and overall skillset is a beauty to watch
@@mikiec125 Bruh Penny would be way colder than them Luka is too slow and Lamelo and Haliburton not athletic enough go back and watch Penny highlights and then tell me are those three players comparable to Penny this man was super athletic, super quick and long he could score at will and could kill you with passes and smother you on defense and his️ jumpshot rarely missed his post up game was devastating he was the second coldest guard behind MJ and it was closer than people think especially before injuries can't compare no other player like Penny he was different like MJ.
Luka is 6’7 point guard i EXPECTED penny to be. As soon as he finally got another ELITE future HOFer that Durant gets ad nauseam. Harden ad nauseam. Westbrook, PG13 & even CP3. And let’s say u disagree that this 6’7 point god with tremendous court vision, defensive nightmare, with high usage dangerously just only play away from jeopardize his bball mortality expecting to leading the Nick Andersons, Horace grants, and Ron Seikaly’s to the promise land….if there was ever, ever ever, ever ever, a player that would benefit from load management. Don’t forget penny had jKidd is his sideline too! IJS
@@Bruhda1 I watched his game coming up. , I was only speaking to the skill/ play style. Athletic wise he'd be in that Westbrook category but 4 inches taller.
@@LarrySwishamane By the time he played with Jason Kidd he wasn't the same player he had lost alot of his athleticism only thing he had was his basketball iQ then he had another knee surgery and that was it🤷🏿♂️
He not a all time great did you play or watch ... He is and was the closest to magic ever no one was as close as he was .. if he never got hurt he would've have championships and in the hall of fame one of the few players to take his team to the finals in his first 2 years MJ, Kobe or Lebron didn't do that so let's stop acting like we know history please smh straight goofy 👋🏾 shout out to my favorite player 🔥 🙏🏾🤙🏾💪🏾 a goat in the 90's
All time great talent. All time great potential. Career just too short. He was injured before his prime. I live in Orlando. I hate the magic because they're run by idiots. They killed his career. They killed Grant Hill's career, and almost killed him. They killed Tmac's career. They lost Shaq. They didn't get Tim Duncan. Just a sad franchise.
Coach Hardaway the Basketball Enthusiasts is indeed a legend! His Basketball IQ is phenomenal and he has the gift of Gab with recruiting!! He’s doing Epic things for the Memphis Tigers. Powerful Interview 💙🐅💙🐅💙
Penny was so awesome, Shaq and injuries did him wrong. But he has bounced back and has a great life. Love this guy. Another one Grant Hill injuries stole his career.
I still cop his Nike Air Pennys and foams Everytime they drop Penny was the truth Nike need to bring back those Zoom Flight 1's,Nike Zoom Flight '96 Olympic with his Olympic number on the back,Nike Zoom Swift and those Air Jordan 9 PE with his number stitched on the back this man had some classic sneakers Nike need to go into that vault asap.
Shaq finally got his #32 retired by the Orlando Magic in 2024. Magic need to retire Penny & T.Mac's #1 as well. Anfernee (Penny) Hardaway (1993 - 1999) , Tracy McGrady (2000 - 2004). Penny & T Mac spent more years in Orlando than Shaq , and Shaq got his number retired by the team before them.
No. They called LeBron that coming into the league, while he was in high school even. I remember a young Lamar Odom being called a point forward before LeBron and Iggy were in the league. And I think the term was applied to Grant Hill and Scottie Pippen back before that.
