Our entire intelligence/security system needs to be seriously thinned out from top to bottom. No one takes their job serious because no one is ever fired or held accountable. My brother was a top secret senior analyst for the NSA for 25 years. He retired 32 years ago, and you still cannot get him to divulge anything he did even with a couple beers in him.

Due to the global situation, data security should be the priority in Europe, as we see this leak has caused a furor, at least in the media, and the network leaked information concerning our allies, which aggravates the consequences of this leak, the Pentagon and the CIA must work together to prevent this in the future, otherwise they risk losing their credibility

This video is a general view of how classified is handled. Somehow we are so upset about this now when the secretary or state and her staff did the same thing. In a scif and taking the headers of the documents and sending the docs unsecured to a unclassified server or sending them to her staff. Why wasn’t she and her staff charged with this similar crime? Her intentions were criminal

One can be fascinated by computers and hacking, spending countless hours reading about different security systems and learning how to break through them. One can be challenged to try his skills on the Pentagon's security system. To his surprise, he was able to breech their defenses and gain access to some of their top-secret files. It is shocking shocked by what he found. The Pentagon's security system was riddled with flaws and weaknesses that could easily be exploited by anyone with the right knowledge. He knew that if he could find these flaws, others could too. And it wasn't just hackers that were a threat; foreign governments and malicious actors could use this security information.could He could have contacted the Pentagon and informed them of the security vulnerabilities he had discovered. Anyway, Pentagon should be thankful to this guy. Pentagon was able to patch the security flaws in their system and prevent future breaches.

No, it's not that simple. If the government just started to unclassify everything, our adversarial governments would become an even bigger threat. Or hidden from your lawyers in several boxes after lying that you don’t have anymore, then claiming you have the power to declassify with literally no confirmation of the actual action of declassification, then lie publicly about your knowledge of withholding top secret documents Learned that from Trump Homeboy, if you’re going to criticize people for withholding top secret documents, don’t leave out the guy who signed a document claiming to not have anymore classified documents, to then have FBI pulling out numerous boxes of what was claimed “wasn’t there”. You just come off as biased, and not even caring about it, as long as it’s the guy you dislike. Anyone with illicit possession of top secret documents should be prosecuted. It’s definitely one thing if you happen to find it and return it. It’s completely another to deliberately lie about not having any, then get caught publicly with dozens if not scores of documents
