Thanks Greg. We just had Pentair Solar controller installed with our new solar panels. I'm just trying to learn as much as possible about our Jandy pool pump and how it works with the Pentair controller. I am going to watch the rest of your videos!!!

Exactly my problem also. Also I do have a pool cover and it’s rotten and plastic and I can’t roll it out without strips coming off it. I’m trying to fix this by myself but as I’m renting and no one seems interested so is there someone in Mid LA that could help me?

Hi my water temputure show 85 f which I know is not correct and my solar doesn’t come on?

pump needs to be on and Roof needs to be at least 4-7 degrees warmer than pool for solar to turn on .... If you are able make sure roof sensor is in sun on roof .... s... get a water thermometer and place in pool ....and check temperature .. pool temperature of pool thermo maybe off slightly because wamer water rises to surface and this is where thermeter sits top of water ...

Hi Greg I have pentair system. Can you help me and show me how to turn off the water running from pool to solar heater. I turn heat off on the panel but water still runs from pool to solar heater

Do you have a solar pool heater leak? If solar is off .. There still is water in solar panels .. so it will take a while before it stops .. but it will stop ..
