pentair whisperflo pool pump rebuild overhaul replace motor bearings 

complete teardown and rebuild of a 3/4 hp pentair whisperflo pool pump. pump was in extremely rough shape and screaming loud. pulled it all apart, replaced the motor bearings, knocked off all the rust and gave it an aerosol overhaul. ultimately painted the motor blue, repainted the front body housing almond. 2011 model pump, but instead of going in the dumpster it looks like it just shipped from the factory
i do replace the shaft seal and motor bearings, but it's probably not that great of a how to video. i was just holding the camera with my hands, and often needed both hands for the actual procedure. so it's more of a documentary than anything, but i'm sure it shows some relevant steps in how to rebuild a pool pump, especially if it's a pentair whisperflo. i like working on these style whisperflo pumps because they are super common and so it's easy to get parts. like working on a ford or a jeep
