Andy P I had a honey maple bacon burger. It was pretty good. Sometimes when I eat pancakes with a side of bacon, the syrup gets on the bacon and tastes great. Anyway, my point is; bacon can be paired with sweet things and still taste good.

As someone who's allergic to casein and lactose, and hasn't had dairy cheesecake for three years, this was my first thought. I long for a plain new york cheesecake every week. Sometimes I howl at the moon.
