Need a detailed explanation for the below question: What will you do if you are given a task and you are unable to contact your seniors. How would you go ahead with the task. Whom do you ask for help if needed ? How will you manage that situation

If you need a detailed answer and understanding then you need to join my classes … however the simplest answer is, “ I will deliver my task what I have learnt so far from my manager and would take help from anyone who can make it successful “ .. it’s a subjective answer - the more specific the problem is the more you can sharpen the answer …. @@ArunThukral I agree since in this situation the person is responsible for *smooth running* of the meeting and would understand its importance... Great example!
I tried doing the same giving responsibility to the that staff but she started nussusing that too, she started commenting on other staff behaviour with ego as she is the one taking the meeting so she felt like she is the leader
