Absolutlty awesome vid keep up the good work yes audio was a little funky but kick butt and maybe you could contact the manufacturer on possibly using a green laser much much brighter for daytime conditions also in a real life situation aim for the throat and head area as well as upper chest and if they keep coming at u givem a point blank to the face its a defense situation and fightings not fair lol awesome vid definatly look foreward to seeing more
Good job on the review! A minor adjustments on the video may help for future reference (i.e. volume management), but that's no big deal. Great work! You got yourself a new subscriber out of me as of today.
Thanks for the video, all the music is louder than you talking though. Can you do another follow up video on this going in-depth on how it works and whether or not the CO2 is punctured when installed?
Hey, thanks for pointing out the music volume in such a kind way! I think what I'll do is lower the volume and re-post this video. Also, the CO2 is not punctured until the first shot. :)
Great video and thank you for sharing, looks big and bulky, the red laser looked difficult to locate in daylight, should have been a green laser, have you checked out the byrna launcher?
No kidding! that's all I'm seeing. Even if you had this in your hand ready to go I'd think by the time you establish somebody or something is a threat, they are probably a lot closer and coming at you pretty fast rather than just standing there like Bob waiting to be shor.
This is more designed where you're going to be using a flashlight at night, say going through the parking lot. However, pulling the pin, taking safety off, aiming, and fireing take considerably longer than you'd expect- the reason I'd recommend something like the TCP or the Byrna HD as a better option- as they function about as fast as a handgun.
Not bad but there are 2 irhwes I know of does the same thing but look more like a gun u can add things to like a lazer or light to and it's more compact
I see at least one comment with almost same question. Does the CO2 cartridge pop when installed or on first shot? If it is when installed it is constantly leaking and might not be ready in emergency a month or year down road when you need it. I know the tippman only punctures on the first shot not when installed so it is always ready with fresh CO2. Also do the batteries only power light and laser and not firing bc again if batteries sitting there ready for long time THEN something happens and no juice...no good. Thanks in advance.
Hello there, I double checked with the company and they confirmed that the CO2 is not punctured until the first shot. So leaks shouldn't be an issue. :)
When you're shooting it look like you were struggling a little bit I have carpal tunnel in my thumbs. Would you recommend this item even though my thumbs are sore or was it easy to press and shoot.
Hello! If your thumbs are sore, this might be difficult. Pressing the button took some strength and I had better luck when I used two fingers to push it down.
Really hard to hear you with the music. I'd skip that next time to improve the video. Can you use any pepperball/CS combo in this? I don't think just pepperball is enough. I want CS as well. Thank you for the review.
Those weren't pepper balls- she was using inert rounds. The pepper balls come in tubes of 5. You can get 10 pepperballs and 10 inert rounds plus 4 CO2 cartridges for $35.00 or so.
I appreciate the review. Though it made me cringe and I almost bolted for the "unboxing." Can't for the life of me figure out who's contemplating purchasing a product, but a huge barrier in the way of commitment to purchase is, "but what type of box would it come in and how do I get it out and into my hands?! WIll I need scissors or a knife? Or both?!! Will it be wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, or dipped in styrofoam peanuts?" It seems like a cool product. But I'm not sure I see many applications for use. Maybe if your a witness to an attack and don't want to get close you can make both assailant and victim uncomfortable. But isn't the reality a person or animal running at you (so you better be able to hit a moving target) and they are probably no more than 20 feet away and closing rapidly before you realize their intention? And I'd think 99 out of 100 times a human assailant is probably sneaking up on you and within a few feet or inches before you realize something bad is happening. I mean your not just going to shoot it at a jogger headed down the street assuming he/she is trouble right? A bad guy leaning against the side of the building 40 feet away announcing "Hey youse!, I'm gonna get ya!" Then he casually takes a last puff of his cigarette before stubbing it out on the brick, cracks his knuckles menacingly, and announces again "here I come!" Then he begins to casually stroll your way. That's a Warner Bros cartoon not real life. I suppose I could use this on my walks around the neighborhood and fire it at every front yard dog that looks vicious. Or sounds vicious. I don't speak dog so I have a hard time telling the difference between "oh please can I go on your walk too?" and "oh please come a little closer so I can eat you!" I dunno. Feel like that could @#$% some dog owners. "Hey what are you doing!? My dog's on the invisible fence halfway up my yard stupid!" And my only recourse, "Sure and I thought all was well with the pitbull standing next to its owner in their driveway until I walked passed and it ran down the drive and knocked me on my back." True story. And I'm in the market for some close but not too close range defense. I seriously don't see how this would ever protect me unless I was trigger happy and assumed ill intent of well....everything. Most stun guns are ridiculously close range. Looking at stun batons but they all have bogus claims. The basic electronics class for my college major was a rough C for me so it pains me to see what should be intelligent people excited for their stun gun that they think has the power of Thor's Hammer....running off a 9 volt battery. Stocking up on gel pepper spray. It doesn't seem quite perfect, but a more likely usable tool than this thing. Sorry for the rant, but I'm just bewildered by this product. Would be great if life was more like a movie.
@@TicTac-g7m I don't see the relevance, but actually I'm not even taking the multivitamin I should currently. But thanks for the question as I should start popping the Vitamin D as the sun will probably not return for 5 months. And hey I appreciate the bump enticing me to read my own writing. I rather amuse myself! In case you were curious. I purchased the most believable stun baton I could find. The noise it makes when the tigger is pressed is enough to send dogs the other direction. This pepper ball is a joke. But it would play well in a movie for sure.
