Like season closure on panfish? I haven't heard of this.

@@LTOutdoors15 Yes, I get a DNR survey every once and a while; it's a thing people talk about at the State level, some states do this I think. Bass and Pike are like this in Michigan, right? I also volunteered thru the EGLE / DEQ system to do a water quality study in one lake North of Irons, Pine lake in Wellston, Cisco lake; also did some research, there is a bunch of Cisco lakes around Alpena. Give me the word, Ill come up and fish for some Ciscoes up there is you ever wish to.

I don't know of any Cisco lakes over this way, never hear of anyone catching any. Yeah pike, walleye. And bass close for spawn time. Bass closes for longer than that really. Not sure why.

@@LTOutdoors15 There's about 20 within an hour of you, maybe 5 within about 20 miles; Beaver Lake is one.

There was piles of eggs already spawned into the rocks along the edge so a bunch had spawned out recently
