BullyJuice is a king! Almost a year ago I started following his workouts and doing them regularly and I achieved great results. Somehow having videos to follow makes me consistent with my training and now iam almost at the stage where my abs are completely visible. when I started I was 185cm tall, 90kg, skinny fat. Now I am 185cm tall, 83kg weight, Muscles visible but not jet super defined as I would like them to be. Now iam consuming a lot of proteins and low carbs and fat so that I lose fat but keep or gain as much muscles as possible without losing or gaining to much weight. I also started incorporating calisthenics for the past 6 months and the results added up. :) PEOPLE, just keep working out, even if it is 15 minutes a day. It all adds up with time. And also your food diet will automatically improve when you train, because you will be motivated to eat healthier. Its not necessary to eat healthy everyday all the time. If you manage to get to 75% to 80% of your food to be healthy and meet your daily calories goals at least 75% of the time you will see results with time. My happiness improved, my self-esteem, my ego and my confidence! And Bully Juice was what got me here. You probably wont read this, but than YOU!

Bully juice really my daily motivation The amount of confidence this guy has made me regain from his workout is crazy..when I started his workouts in April 2021 I really thought it was for a short period excitement..and here I am two years down the line 2023. I started at 88 kgs very fat and bad in shape..2023 I am happy to say that I am at 63 kgs and very shredded. For anyone doubting this,you got this and trust me with consistency ,you will reach your goal💪let's go bully juice family!!!

I’m all for full-body workouts. So many benefits, but only if you are going for yourself. If you are a professional i.e body builder or a strong person. Splits are the way as you do need more recovery, you also have time to go 5-6 times a week. You only need to do 8-10 exercises with heavy weights or body weight. Hit each body part in one day for 2 or 3 days a week and you can keep it consistent. For example I do quads 1 exercise hamstrings 1 exercise calves 1 exercise chest 2 exercises back 2 exercises shoulders 2 exercises abs 1 exercise You can superset some exercises to save time if you wanted to fit in biceps and triceps. I don’t mainly because I train heavy so my biceps and triceps get enough work from heavy back and chest exercises. Focus on enjoying the process and eating to fuel your workouts and get 6-8 hours sleep every night. Keep it simple and you will see results everything is too complicated mainly due to people wanting more money from you. I hope this helps someone and keep up the hard work, it does pay off. Also if you feel sore or tired just take another rest day and eat/drink loads, your body will be fine!

Yo i just had to say thank you thank you thank you. Your videos have been so good in so many way. Drive is back, naps are gone, sleep is better, energy levels are always up. Ive been doing your 20 min workout since Nov last year (super noob here) and today i tried this one. Wasn’t able to complete all of these all the way through but i do like the twists you put on this one. Keep up the great work. I just finished the 45 days challenge and come straight here, gotta admit, this 25 mins is harder than some of the 60 minutes, the fact that there is 1 minute exercices and little breaks makes it way harder...however it is the thing I was seeking after being dine with the 45 days challenge...thank you bully
