Join me as madness descends in what was a tranquil and serene camping trip. Dark brown ale, a roaring pine camp fire and the sound of the wind.
I am in the gorgeous Rocky Paddock Campground in Mount Crawford. A pine reservation with the most beautiful camp sites. But the wind set in hard and that turned my little patch of heaven into hell.

I know! I’ll share this with you though, I came home and had a really beautiful cathartic night with my fiancé, and then in the morning I took my sister and her kids back up to that same spot and we had a fire; we frolicked in the woods looking for dragons and fairies, stopped into a petting zoo and had kfc.

@@nicktripz that forest looked awesome. So surprising it wasn't full with tents. You can't make fires at many of the camp sites in WA. Sucks!
