lets asume he crushed Shaggy's 2% power like a Egg and it normally takes a person to as much as crack a normal egg around 50-100% of their power so ye, it took him atleast 10% of his power to erease shaggy (2%) from that universe so all Shaggy needs to do go 3% to get back

It's fine. He caught Shaggy at 2%, but what he fails to realize is that Shaggy's power is being channeled through a vessel, which can only use up to 5% at max. Good old Shaggy will just make a new body and plan out his revenge, sufficiently.
