I used to have a CD player with a ton of songs on CDs I'd carry around, before the iPod came out. I popped the CD for Perfect Dark in and blasted this once when a friend and I were walking around at night in our school, since we stayed for Club Activities. ...We had the best time pretending we were spies trying to gather intel in a giant building.
I can relate as we did that at University once. My friends I were role-playing final fantasy. Walking behind one another like FF8. We might of throw some small pieces of cardboard lying around off building. We got stopped by campus security and they asked us what we were doing. We replied, "Well you ever play an RPG game?" They sternly looked at us and said, "NO." We were speechless after that. We showed them our student IDs and they told not to be wandering the buildings at night. They then let us go. Good times.
if you place the camspy outside the meeting room before you try to open the vault, and right when you place the door decoder, you activate the camspy, push it in the meeting room. a cutscene will start while the door timer is still active :)
i remember shooting a guy in the face and blood splattering on the window behind him.... that was badass. then shooting his face some more and making it unrecognizable. this game has stuff some newer games dont have. and pretty much set the bar for 2nd modes for guns.

Me in 2022 listening to this brilliant music on my JBL Charge 4, and being amazed at how great this music truly is/was. So many parts of my brain are lit up by this entire soundtrack, in such good ways ❤️❤️❤️
@MisterModestMoose Probably one of the most memorable cut scenes in the game. It's amazing how aside from graphics (which were still great for the time), this game holds it's own today, and is still deeper than most shooters today and loaded with tons of replay value. I'd like to see how the next "CoD" stacks up in 2022.

Sometimes I come back to this mission with cheats just for revenge, I use the All Guns Cheat, Unlimited Ammo No Reload, Unlimited Ammo Laptop Sentry Gun and Invincibility cheat, I placed a Proximity Mine next to the alarm, that way if an enemy tries to activate it, the Mine will just blow up on them.
"Then the devices we've been giving you have been working correctly? Good, because we believe that devices that don't work correctly should be destroyed! Consider that, as you follow your backup plans!"
That is pretty much the only way of beating this level on Perfect Agent. Otherwise you will be overwhelmed with the endless onslaught of guards. I wish there was an easier way of beating the Skedar ship on Perfect Agent, I've gotten close but still no. I play it on XBLA though.
i have the soundtrack for this and i just hope the xbox arcade version keeps the same songs and everything bar the graphics as id wants everything to remain to the same because it was as close to perfection as you could get

Yesterday I realised that one of these perfect dark tracks is used in the deadliest warrior game. They added a war cry to it though haha It isn't this one.
All of the Voice Actors in Perfect Dark are British. Given the fact that the game takes place in America, it's pretty much an Epic Fail on Rare's part.
