Once again, here comes another video I'll be jealous of the whole time! It's awesome you guys got out on the water, I always think it provides an awesome view of the city!
Thanks Jake! The ferry to the Toronto Islands is my #1 recommendation for visitors. You can't beat the views of the skyline from afar. It's also a nice spot to go kayaking in the summertime. 😊
My dad lives there :) I live an hour east of toronto and have been going there since I was 8 years old. Being from a small town, it's always fun to take the buses and trains to navigate the city. I have a lot of very fond memories going out to the island. So many geese and swans and ducks to feed 😂
OMG Audrey your gloves match some ones shirt!! That is so nice to see you matchy match I know your birthday was a little while ago but happy birthday my distant friend. Mine is on the ninth of December and I plan on celebrating by making Christmas cookies for my neighbors.
Haha, the matchy-matchy was purely accidental! Oh my, I hadn't even noticed that - I can't escape the plaid. 😅 A day of baking sounds like a really fun way to celebrate your birthday. I'm sure your neighbours will appreciate it. Wishing you a very happy birthday in advance! 😊🎉🎂
Excellent video, love the island, the breakfast, and the views, and also the music selection for this video was amazing. Thanks for taking us to be part of this adventure. Can't way for the next one. Thank you guys.
I visited Canada from Scotland for our honeymoon last year and I swear I live through your videos! I left a piece of my heart there and can’t wait to go back :) We managed to cram in a lot of places in 2 weeks but only had 24 hours in Toronto so I will definitely be going back when I can! Thank you for your tips & insight into what to get up to in the city! (We did squeeze in the hockey museum as we were watching Stanley Cup play offs with family the next day so had to educate ourselves on hockey!) Ceri :)
Incredible all the places that I could have visited when I was there I wish they had seen this video at the time I hope to go again and do that tour. Súper vídeos muchas gracias 🙏
Great birthday getaway. We visited Toronto and the Island one time a few years ago and loved! Enjoyed following your trip. Brings back great memories 😍 Watching from North Carolina.
Oh my gosh i really wish I could go back to Toronto now! It’s been 8yeats since I came back to Japan and I’ve waited for your Toronto vid! Thank you, stay warm stay safe 🧡
How fun😊 I loved Toronto when I got to visit a couple times (in winter). There's so much to do yet it's a chill city, and lots of yummy places to eat with a huge variety of cuisines. Your videos are always so relaxing to watch and this make me long to visit again. And love your coat, Audrey! It's such a pretty shade of blue
What a great day - and some delicious looking food. I bet that Island is heeaaving in Summer - wonderful in winter though ❄ I love seeing the everyday stuff you do too - it might seem 'uninteresting' to you, but it's so far removed from my life in a small UK village that I find it all facinating!
@@samuelandaudrey Sure they do! Continuing to watch this video, I guess the beach is my FAVORITE part, followed by your outdoor breakfast. The crashing waves are so top shelf; they look and sound so tranquil. Just like when I went to Florida with my family on vacation.
Hi Ella, nice seeing your name around here! I hope you're doing well - it's been such a long time. I'll tell Ash and Ari you say hello...maybe they'll even make an appearance in an upcoming video. Merry Christmas! 😊
I feel like I'm always saying 'I loved this video!', the next one gets uploaded and I say the same, but just every moment is captured so well. The music really was spot on, giving off those big city vibes during christmastime. Awesome work, as always. Also you guys' style, clothing wise👌❤ En espera del video en el otro canal😃
Toronto looks cool, it's on our holiday 'to do' list :) Last year we went to Italy for three weeks, Milan, Verona, Venice, Florence and Rome... we watched your videos before we went, thanks for the advice :) Keep up the videos, stay safe both of you.
I must say although i never saw other parts of the world as pat never did except for germany when we had a married quarters ,but at least i can see all the wonderful different people and all the beautiful countrys in your vlogs
One of my TO friends formerly lived on the mainland just across the channel from Billy Bishop Airport, and her child went to the elementary school on the west end of the island. She had a bike with a "kid trailer" that she would ride to the Ward's Island ferry terminal, and buses would take the students from the island side to the school. If the harbor was frozen over, the kids would get on the bus on the mainland side at the Bishop Airport ferry, cut across into the airport, where the buses would wait until air traffic control would clear them to drive through the airport to get to the school!
Hey...thanks for sharing with us your journey in T.O. I grew up in the west suburbs--south Etobicoke--about a ½ mile from Long Branch on Lake Ontario! Our family enjoyed having picnics on Centre Island often in the summer months. A wonderful tour, folks! I'll be back! Glad that I came across this today! Precious memories! My late husband and I moved to the USA in the Fall of 1990. By the way, love your touring music!!!
Aha also just got to the part with the squirrels - my husband and I couldn’t believe that you have black squirrels and absolutely massive robins! (We saw a TONNE of amazing wildlife including bears and orca but the squirrels really did fascinate me haha!)
I loved the sightseeing day you spent in Toronto! The breakfast, actually brunch, looked so good! And what about that island! I thought it was by the see, when you mentioned it was a lake 😄. And I was amazed by how people are respecting rules to prevent from COVID-19, that is really good (specially in the ferry trip, no rush to leave, keeping distance).
I'm glad you enjoyed our little tour of Toronto! Yes, the lake is huuuuge! Straight across on the other side of the shore you have the state of New York, but you can't actually see it!
Wow wow wow! Amazing video guys! Toronto island reminds me a place called Watford in England, I used to live in London but when I really need peace only 25_30 minutes away from the city of London I found an incredible place like this in Toronto. Congratulations for such a beautiful video! Muchos besos de la cordobesa en Alemania!
And ice-skating, what can I say about it: 🤩! Just loved Toronto. Wish so much Covid could be over so I could get back on the road again, on an international trip 😐 Canada is already in my wishing destination list!
OMG Samuel in a Kenora dinner jacket, Tim Hortons in the background and hockey hall of fame art, could we have more Canadian imagery in one shot lol. (Yeah I know Timmies is Brazilian now). Nice video guys!
When you guys introduced Toronto skyline, I was't sure I should I visit Island to see skyline ...I decide to see the skyline. supplizingly ferry fare was so cheap and it was well worth invest ( I believe $ 6 or $7) to cross the bay and back. I always thought NYC skyline, from South Ferry to Staten Island is the best, and no other country would match that ! HELL NO ! , TRONTO SKYLINE was equally beautiful or better. it is beautiful skyline. TRONTO ... amazing on the street is that many other big city has bicycle lane also, though I have'nt seen any bicycle traffic light in any other cities . TORONTO has BICYCLE TRAFFIC LIGHT !!! The View from the CN Tower was as if you are looking down from the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. night view was worth to wait for 4 hours .
I miss my home , Canada. Especially this time of year. I love to have white Christmas. My childhood memories in small town called, Strathroy (close to London, Ontario). where I grew up.)
Great video, great shots. Cast day, no hard shadows. And the Argentinian wine. I have to try it. I always buy Argentinian Malbec. My Film teacher from the 90s at OCADU used to live in the Toronto island.
Oh, that's very cool about your teacher living on the island! I can see why it would draw artists. I had been to Centre Island many times, but it was nice to see a completely different side on this visit.
OMG .. Toronto is a gorgeous city .. especially across the bay.. I ❤️ squirrels .. so cute .. excellent guys 🙏🙏.. and food 😀🌶👌..thanks for sharing.. you are a lucky man Sammy boy .. Audrey has your back 🙏❤️❤️❤️
What a great video.. you video filming editing quality looks so professional! You guys have become so good at this! I'm from Ontario but presently working up North in Sk. I felt so home sick seeing this video! Especially seeing Sam eat the French toast, seeing the CN tower, seeing Timmies in the background... great job Sam and Audrey ☺️☺️your videos never deceive ☺️👌
Hola Samuel y Audrey !! Personalmente, me encanta conocer ciudades.
wow frans , i live in toronto and 40 years ago that was are after midnight go to place . Haven't been in a Frans in years . obviously we use to frequent the one on eglinton ..don't know if it still there .

Happy Birthday to Samuel !!🎉🎉🥂🥂🎂🎂🎁🎁Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! Marcela , una Argentina viviendo en Inglaterra !! xx
That's what I thought to myself after the last video when you showed those cappuccinos. I thought: they're not going to sleep very well if they drink those at such a late hour! That being said, this turned out to be a wonderful video as well. So fun.
And I loved this Xmas atmosphere we find in northern countries, it is sure something different from what we find in Brazil, since now it is mostly hot and rainy 😄. I loved this distillery district, never have I heard about it before.
The Distillery District is one of our favourite spots in the city. It's so pretty with all the Christmas decorations and a lot of fun when the Christmas Market is up and running.
Chicos!!!!!!
Audrey's breakfast wins in my opinion (I'd pass on the ketchup) but Sam's was good too. I prefer a more savory food in the morning to sweet. Call me weird but I love cold weather, provided it's dry and I'm wearing warm clothes. Great video guys!
20:55 Dublin Calling! Google says that's an Irish pub! 😃 Similar to London Calling, an English restaurant with three locations in Springfield, Missouri!
Hey guys, I would have been hangry if the food took an hour and a half; however, the presentation of the food looked good. Amen to good food and good people.
I recently enjoyed your Nova Scotia series and now I get to see you guys having fun in my former city. Except for the horrendous traffic congestion, I love Toronto but it is pretty damn scary to see it so deserted now though.
Hi Mitch, we would love to visit Nunavut one day! It's not possible to travel between certain provinces and territories at the moment, but we'd like to when it's safe to do so.
