Hey hii... Yesterday I made the batter.... Morning I tried making dosa.... But dosa.... We're coming out soft... Not crispy.... I followed the exact proportions.... Don't know what went wrong. And the batter was light creamy in color not as white as the store bought. I kept it in the fridge let's see tomorrow again I shall try.
1Glass urad daal. 3 Glass rice. 1 tea spoon toor daal. 1Tb spoon chana daal 1/2 tea spoon methi 1/2 tea spoon methi Wash it 2 times and పుట్ water and keep it 8 hours and make paste .The batter is ready.....
@@sscookingchannel5000 absolutely good but it's home style only this is fact no home can made dosa like hotel because it's very very very huge process 😄
