Recipe summary : 1. Prepare Korean rice (or Japanese, Chinese) 2. Measure rice : 1 cup (150ml) for - 1 adult person 3. Wash rice twice (gently) 4. Put new water and adjust level with your finger (about 0.5~1cm above from top of rice). Trial and error ! Normally pressure cooker need a little less water than other classical pots. 5. Set the fire to the max 6. When the pressure cooker starts whistles, turn down the fire to medium 7. Turn off fire after 5 minutes 8. Wait until it's depressurized. 9. Open the lid and mix rice gently. 10. Enjoy !

thanks for the video. I am from Nepal and in my country, the pressure cooker lifts the little thing on the lid when the food is ready. In Korea, I bought the same cooker you are using and I cooked in it. I was waiting for the kind of whistle made when the little thing is lifted. I thought it works the same as the pressure cooker in my country. and I burned all food. After watching your video, now I know that this one does not make such a whistle thing..... thanks. From now on, I will just wait for 5 minutes and will not wait for the whistle thing.
