This style of haircut can easily be self-done with a decent clippers set. Been doing it for years! The key is to start at the top and blend DOWN on the sides one level at a time. Blend it horizontally from one side, all the way around the back of the head and to the other side. Focus on keeping it straight as you wrap around the back at each level. This will save a lot of $$$ in the long run, since this haircut would need updated at least once a week.
Great haircut Nick. I agree, guys do look best with short hair. Occasionally I see a guy with long hair that looks good but, generally, it's best short. I've worn my hair short or very short since long before it came back into fashion in the late 1980s. Might occasionally go to the barbers, but usually cut my own hair these days.
I like your current shaven hair look but I think this is your best look . 1 or 0 on the sides and 7 you said on top . Looks really nice , you still have options
Hey nick my dad is bald but his father(my grandfather) isn’t. They had very similar hairlines but my grandfathers came to a halt at around a Norwood two as my dads just kept going. I’m 20 and my hairlines not looking good lol. I hope mine just suddbly stops but I don’t know about that. My one year old picture I have a decent amount of hair but I’m not sure how much that means. How can you explain this, the fact that my grandfather kept his receding hairline but my dad didn’t I’d be curious to know. For me Balding has been a forcing me to really mature and take my personality to a different level so it’s not all bad. Thanks
