I’ve finally found it - the perfect pastry recipe! For years I’ve been struggling with pastry that shrinks, collapses or is just pretty bad in general! But no longer my friends, this pastry recipe is perfect AND you don’t need to blind bake it!
Pastry Recipe
226g Unsalted Butter, Cold
160g Icing Sugar
112g Egg Yolks (6 Large)
1 Tsp Vanilla Paste
450g Plain Flour
Pinch Salt
The tart rings are from De Buyer. They are available online and from amazon! They come in all sorts of sizes but the ones I use are 4” in diameter!
