395g condensed milk
100g of milk cream
2 tablespoons Strawberry Ice Cream Powder (I used Dr. Oetker, but you can your favorite brand)
25g white chocolate
** Yield per recipe: approximately 26 brigadeiros of 15g of dough. The recipe yields 400g of pasta.
*** To flavor you can use:
▪ Nesquik: the preparation method is identical to the video. But this brigadeiro sugar more quickly, because Nesquik has a lot of sugar in its composition.
