FULL RECIPE 📝
Ingredients:
- 2 US Cups blueberries 🫐
- 3 US Cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 sticks (1 US Cup) softened butter
- 2 US Cups sugar (or 1 cup for low sugary diet)
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 US Cup whole milk
Process:
- Sprinkle some flow on the washed and dried blueberries to coat them. This will help prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
- Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder and set it aside.
- Whip the butter and sugar together until the mixture is soft, homogeneous, and creamy. You can add the sugar in 2 parts to help in the combination.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Add half of the flour mix, mix, then half of the milk, mix them the other half of the flour mix, mix, and finally the other half of the milk, and mix again. Following this process helps keep your mixture homogenous.
- Finally, add the blueberries and mix gently with a spatula.
- Add parchment paper or butter to your cake pan and add the batter.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 75 minutes. Insert a clean knife in the cake and make sure it comes out clean to be sure the cake is fully ready.
