Chef Michael is from a different era, a throwback to the refined and high class chefs. If you’ve ever been to any of his restaurants, you’d realize he’s an exceptional chef, right there with Ramsey. But Chef Michael’s dry personality and elegance just doesn’t translate into high tv ratings. Anyway, at their level of expertise, whatever edge they have over another is going to be barely, if at all, noticeable.

Lol. In masterchef VN There's this scandal. They ask you to make a VN's kinda soup which normally required around 1 hour of bone boiling but they only give you 30min. Most of the contestants only boil bones for 30 min which results in an unclear broth. And then we have the judges who Literally say "why didnt you use knorr". Lol.

“Technique in purée” Me: isn’t that just boiling the vegetables and blending it 🧐
@bruh4890
@bruh4890 3 года назад
Actually no lmao, you have to boil the veggies just right. The slightest raw you will taste bits of veggie in your puree. If the veggie is salty and you add more salt it's a disaster. In fact blending it too much can cause it to become a foam rather puree.
