Washing a tire in water like that could negatively impact the humidity of the air inside, I dont think that would be recomended for racing purposes where tire pressure is important for performance

It's not competent business...wasting time.scrapping just for couple laps more.on track..and no guarantee on traction grip or may cause bad accident
