I am so disappointed in how so many people find this perfume skanky! La Vie Est Belle is so on your face and doesn’t compare to this masterpiece and people find it “ classy.” This perfume to me screams CONFIDENCE and a classy yet “ I run the world” sort of woman. This is my favorite scent up to date and I guess it depends what type of woman you are but I for sure am in your face , breeding confidence and dressing very classy w this on. Yes, it does scream look at me lol but I don’t think if you’re basic this perfume would work on you. You can’t be basic wearing this and maybe that’s why skanky fits for some people lol

I have a 30 ml By Night waiting in a box at home; small bottle has a charm with the legs, no legs on cap. This was a blind buy, and first Scandal I’m trying! I have JPG Essence de Parfum, and love it! Thank you for the awesome breakdown of the line!

Best review on the scandal collection ever!!!! I have Scandal a Paris, witch I purchased by mistake, because I wanted the original. But I have loved so much, that I don't regret it. I think the versatility of a Paris makes it a winner. But I love all of them. I want to collect them as well

You were sooo right about this being a skanky smelling fragrance. It smells so loud and obnoxious and I totally agree this is not for the timid at heart, you have to be confident to wear this fragrance

@@RhondaLareese you weren't lying about scandal paris. I recently brought it and the most prominent note I smell on me is the floral note (or as you say the whole jasmine flower). I might have to return due to it being too floral. I love la belle though

I want to try the A Paris flanker for sure! For a 'nicer', more well-behaved honey, try Lady Million Lucky. I was shocked at how gorgeous it turned on me since honey has a tendency to turn urinous on my skin. It isn't loud, but the sillage is nice, warm and slightly powdery. I tried layering it with La Nuit Tresor EDT and OMG! Those two together are phenomenal! I sprayed the LNT EDT on my lower body since it's stronger, heavier and sweeter and the LML on my arms and I wanted to eat myself up! 😄

I bought scandal by night from a shopping site and when it arrived it was actually scandal Paris (the seller listed it wrong ) it smelled nice and was thinking of keeping it but I never smelled scandal by night and wasn’t sure so I researched and found your video but now I am sure I will be returning this one thanks for your input you were very helpful

Scandal is honey - gardenia - blood orange - patchouli scent. Predominantly honey and gardenia. Its beast mode lasts half hr, after which its almost skin scent for rest of the hours. On me at least.

I thought it was "Head Over Heels", by Ultima II, OMG! same bottle design! thought maybe it got revamped or something but then remember is been discontinued, I used it back in the 90's and smelled fresh, crisp &citrusy similar to CK Escape.... Luved it ! JPG def copied or so called got "inspired" and ripped of bottle design! 🤔. I might check this one out because of your detailed and fun review!.. Thanks! 😉

For me the original deserves to be the original , deffinately matches the name Scandal better than the night version and A Paris. You described the honey in it very well and I love the licorice note. By Night for me is great but a bit more easy on the nose although it does have more depth. It has a little too many notes for me which makes it feel like it's not sure exactly what it wants to be.I do understand why most people prefer By Night though...definitely a more crowd pleasing scent.The overdose of honey combined with the blood orange in the OG is what I think makes it the most polarasing of the three. Not a fan of A Paris. I liked it at the begining but once it wears off a bit it turns into something I'm not really a fan of. I did try the new So Scandal and I do like it but I think it would have been better for it to be released separately of that line. It just doesn't match the DNA of the collection at all.

You are right on the points. I had the same encounter as you said on the Original, By Night and the EDT. At the end, I prefer the Original. The Honey, Caramel notes stir up the floral notes, make it multi layered and fancy

Try La Belle...I smelled the tester and was like "ehhh"... Finally bought it when I got a deal on it in a gift set...on my skin it became an intoxicating sweet magic... So I'm blind buying OG Scandal and Scandal By Night because it was so amazing... And the compliments just confirm my choice...

Either scandal or scandal by night, on me, last 3 hrs. I go heavy handed with them and also spray them on twice in a day. Wish it lasted as long as you said lol

She is so on point. In Scandal by Night you can smell the cherry and it stays the same through out the whole day, night, next day on the skin. This one is a 10. My all time favorite. I just bought two. Jean Paul Gautier definitely nail it. He did an excellent job in this collection.
