to the people who are saying about period pain i want to share my experience, initially for about 6 years i used to have intense pain on my periods even it used to be too much difficult for me to breathe ..but for last some months i increased my water intake too much and do cardio on daily basis except for first two days of periods (i don't why may be because my mother said that we should not excercise on periods)and guess what i don't have even a lil bit of pain on my oeriods..

Yes I do agree on this Even I used to have next to death pain but I started exercising and Lil bit of yoga for height increase and after this when I got my period I was shocked pain reduce from 1000 to 10 🫶🏻

just one thing i would like to ad that i am so influenced by your channel and i love the way you are transparent to your audience .. but mishti next time when you dispose the pad you will see in the disposal bag there is a seal located so u have to just remove that seal and stick it that make your bag easily disposable and wont open ever again . thats is the only thing i love about NUA pads
