Don't worry, very few women suffer from pain. Many of us don't experience pain and are able to carry on with our daily lives without any issues. It is just a period, not cancer. Generations of women have gone through it. Only snowflakes these days make a big deal out of it just for sympathy and to get male attention.

Please get checked for endometriosis, it is not supposed to be that painful, I had the exact same symptoms for years until it was discovered, this can affect fertility severely and sometimes when it is diagnosed it is a bit late

Any menstrual pain, light or strong, is never normal: you too shouldn't suffer with it, because "stomach aches, leg pains and all ..." can be avoided and a lot can be done for this. I'm a nurse, since a lot of years I've been studying the severe menstrual pain, unfortunately very diffused and some easy methods to prevent it, instead of fight it or suffer unnecessarily. We can speak about, if you like: I'll glad to help you to transform " those days" into "normal days".
