Really shows the successful formula for winning in these times isn't really big 3 anymore. Injuries are way too frequent now so having more depth feels way more important. You get 3 superstar tier players but one of them goes down from injuries and you have less depth; tough to go against a 2 superstar team with solid bench that keeps their playing time managed and healthy.

You must be actually trolling if LeBron didn't take any form of heat by joining d wade and bosh for the big 3 in Miami. But for those that don't know, LeBron left for numerous reasons; the Front office and owner not helping him at all in Cleveland getting the right pieces around him, his personal problems with the owner, teammates that disrespected him when he first got there, etc. LeBron needed the older brother that could teach him the ways of NBA and all the media pressure. A big reason why he joined d wade. KD didn't get hit with flak for losing in the finals in OKC. He was still relatively young, the whole team was very young and green. There wasn't as big of expectation as LeBron. Yet, KD did the move that ultimately upset the competition completely. The heats team was very good, but they still had to go through dynasty team like spurs, the big 3 Celtics, etc. For the warriors, there wasn't much competition when it's like the big 4 with them and still with decent depth on top of that The fact that LeBron took bunch of hate when he had very legitimate reasons to leave is the example of why LeBron has more pressure and him getting that media hate was less justified than KD getting hate for joining the warriors.

Most people weren't the third best player in the league joining the second best player in the league because they couldn't get out of their conference when they already had a good team around them. Most players who win rings don't stack the deck in their favour in a way it becomes no competition. I don't think people should still be critical of him after 7 years but don't try and act like his rings hold the same weight as Giannis' or Curry's last year.
