perlon is first very independent label, making new fresh inovative sounds, that u cant find anywhere else in the world. if u listen this kind of style, then you know that..if u dont, then u dont know..so ;) njoy perlon with/without shrooms..life is too good ;)
i can remember: i heard some perlon tracks, or productions of villalobos, for the first time in my life, i couldn't deal with it at all. it wasn't music to me, i was not able to understand it, or to recognise any structure - 4 years later i am ordering all this on vinyl. sometimes i even try not to order perlon again, but i cannot resist, it's too good. so, you really need time and patience and "a muture ear" to understand this kind of music
@yannie3000 Its too bad you feel that way... Perlon is actually very innovative and for many I believe it has the opposite effect than what you described. Drugs are certainly not required to enjoy this style of music but, it does require a mature ear and a sense of adventure. There are very few artists and labels that can accomplish the quality and depth that you get out of Perlon. ...but of course all music is subjective and does not impact everyone in the same way.
so that this doesnt get thrown up on rapidfire or other bullshit in mp3 form and so that anyone interested actually has to go through the minimal effort of ordering the fucking record instead.
