Perm Allegedly Burns Woman's Scalp! 

Showing up for a 10am appointment but waiting until 3pm to get in the chair 🚩🚩🚩

So you claim you never burned her scalp but then claim you treated her the next day for burning her scalp?

I have never in my life sat with perm in my hair for 2 hrs especially under a dryer. That is why she got burned. I believe the plaintiff

I don't know about today's perms, but perms in the 80s was never more than 40 minutes. Hours long is just plain insanity.

Of course she burned her scalp. Who would make that up.

That defendant is a loud mouth and tried to just keep talking and talking and talking. If she offered the plaintiff half her money back then, she knew she had burnt the woman's scalp.

First she said it wasn’t on that date then she changed her story and said she helped her with the scalp burns and offered to pay her back… why would you offer that if you never burned her scalp?

Sounds like the defendant was negligent. Instead of working at the salon she had the game on, had family there eating leftovers etc. Probably had too much going on and let that lady sit too long with chemicals in her hair... and now she doesn't want to admit to her mistake. When you're at work, you're supposed to be at work and your clients come first.

If she didn’t burn her hair why did she offer to treat her scalp AND give her money back???
