Hair Serum: elkriversoapcompany.com/#nake... Esteam Salon: esteam.me/ Thank you all for coming on this journey with me! I am embracing new looks - hey we live only once right!! Enjoy the little things in life - Until next time...
The highlights truely make a night and day difference and are stunning on you! You should even consider highlighting a higher percentage of your hair next time for even greater effect - would look amazing with your eyes! The perm looks nice, and is infinitely better than straight hair on you, but being truthful I think lots of smaller tight curls suit your face shape and personality a lot better. I def think you should do a tight perm when September comes round!
I love it!!!!!! It looks absolutely stunning!!!!! You are beautiful!!! Now I wanna watch the first video again to remember what it looked like last time
SPECTACULAR TRANSFORMATION! I love the silver color - it works so well against your natural brown!!! So glad you ran with the idea and that you like the results so much! Fantastic final look! In September I think you should actually increase the amount of highlights slightly, and investigate using the cap method to achieve a more blended result. Also, I would DEFINITELY go back to tighter curls like last time - the highlights would make them look out of this world! Amazing!!!
Absolutely love the perm and the highlights. I agree with others that a little tighter and more hilites with a cap would suit you perfectly. You are so beautiful, and the look is perfect for you. It does make you look much younger.
LOVE the hi-lights even more than the perm!!! They break up the dullness of the dark hair and make you look considerably younger! Are you going to keep them going long term? Cos you look great with them!!!
@@vivianpratte It is good you are keeping the perm, but more silver hi-lights throughout your entire head will look better with curls I think. It will give out a more zesty confident vibe that will better reflect your wonderful personality! Have you looked into the possibility of doing hi-lights with a silicone cap instead of foils? This would create the perfect effect!
LOVE the highlights!!!!! Sensational change for the better! You should highlight more of your hair next time to go even lighter! Would be even more amazing on you! Good perm, but tight curls are definitely your thing. I'd actually suggest even going a size tighter than you did last september next time if I'm honest. Looking forward to your next transformation already! lol
Your highlights are absolutely beautiful, can't believe the difference they make! Reckon you should go for higher coverage next time, and maybe consider switching up to platinum color too! Will be less of a shock after getting used to current silver! Must say I miss the tight curls you used to have though, as thought they looked sooooo good on you! Do you think you will go back to them in september? Reckon you should do your next perm using pink and blue rods!
I probably will go tighter on the curls in the fall! I loved the recommendations that I went ahead and did the high lights so I'll probably go for it again in September :)
@@vivianpratte Awesome! Tight curls are soooo you!!! Something like this would be beautiful with slightly shorter hair on you ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-49iI8-p6fH8.html&ab_channel=%D0%9C%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%9A%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%8C%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0%7C%D0%9C%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%B4%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B9%7C%D0%9A%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%B4%D1%80%D0%B8 What do you think to switching up from silver to platinum highlights? I think this would be brighter and work even better than the silver with your curls! What do you reckon?
I love the finished curls in this video - especially at 2.55, 3.00 and 3.02! Curls like this would be PERFECT on you IMO!!! I think the idea of platinum hi-lites is worth thinking about paired with curls like this for September too!
@@lizolsen1570 I don't think those tight curls will look good on me! But I thinks I'll go back to the curls I had previously for sure - maybe platinum high lights :)
@@vivianpratte Personally I think theyd look great on you, but you might hav to wait until your perm in march next year to build up your confidence for that level of tightness!!! lol The rod sizes/colors I suggested in my comment the other day would achieve curl sizes slightly tighter than your perm last september, but nowhere near as tight as on that video. I honestly think you will look much better with curls this size! Platinum hi-lites would look gorgeous on you IMO - especially if done with a cap. May be better to do hi-lites first followed by perm 2 weeks later come september, that way color is sorted while hair is relatively straight. Great thing is you get finished look as soon as the perm is finished!
Love it!! I especially like when woman get curls with shorter hair :) Thank you for bringing us to the salon with you. I especially enjoyed seeing you in perm rods. Good looking salon, as well. Does this mean that you're going to stay curly now?
Epic makeover!!! You look SO much better with lighter hair color! Hi-lites are a drastic change, but one youll get used to fairly quickly and adore more and more as time goes on - just like what happened with your perm! Speaking of the perm: I like it, but it doesnt hav the same punch or pow of the last one - its just a bit too loose this time and doesn't suit you quite as well IMO. Its good to experiment with different curl sizes though, and was certainly worth trying out! In September I think you should return to tighter and more defined curls - I would recommend changing green rods for purple, orange for white, and a few grey rods in place of the beige ones at the back. For the hi-lites refresh I would recommend using a cap instead of foils to give a more even mix - consisting of a higher number of thinner hi-lited strands for more coverage over all. This would pair amazingly with the tighter and more defined curls for a knockout effect! What do you think?
@@vivianpratte Its not suprising - you absolutely OWN tight bouncy curls!!! They match your outgoing personality, and compliment your cheek bones to a tee! More even mixed finer cap hi-lights will emphasise those curls to the max, and give an over all lighter look - which suits you down to the ground! Your current look is a good one, so enjoy it to the full - but don't be scared to get bolder next time and go one better still!!!
Great choice on getting hi-lights with your perm, it shows up the curls much better for sure! How are the curls lasting? They look a bit too loose really - have they dropped out by now and have you needed to reperm it yet? It will probably be better to use smaller rods next time (if you havent already). Hi-lights look a tiny bit patchy maybe. Using thinner weave sections on foils or better still using a hi-lighting cap normally produces better results with curls. When are you refreshing your hi-lights (if you havent already)?
I am disappointed in the larger rods as my curls are no longer strong :( I will most definitely go tighter in the fall with hi-lights focused more on the frame of my face. I agree with everyone else on using a cap next time. At the moment my hi-lights are still strong but my perm has drooped significantly
@@vivianpratte Sadly I thought you were going to say something like that - larger rods never seem to work all that well. A good rule of thumb is to perm your hair on rods that are a size smaller than the final curls you desire - the curls will be a bit tight for the first few weeks before relaxing some to their final form. I suggest using rods slightly smaller than on your other vid from last year.
@@vivianpratte For hi-lights, the cap will give more natural result. Even though you have decided to focus on the frame of your face, don't neglect the rest of your head - make sure you apply them throughout albeit slightly less intensity!
@@vivianpratte Fantastic! Have you tried the gel cast styling method? This would look good! Would be awesome if you demo the various different styling methods you use. Can't wait!
Really striking change - so beautiful! I have to go along with the popular tighter perm and cap for highlites viewpoint for next time though! Are you curious to try new variations?
@@vivianpratte GOOD DECISON ON GOING TIHT PERM NEXT TIME!!! YO AR STILL GOING TO KEEP ON DOING HIGHLIGHTS WITH YOR PERMS, RIGHT?? THEY MAKE THE CURLZ LOOK SOOO MUCH BETTER!!! LIGHTER HAIR WOD MATCH YOR EYES AND SKIN TONE BETTER THOGH!!!
@@vivianpratte CHECK OUT VIDEO....... EVER TRIED HIGHLIGHTS WITH A HIGHLIGHTING CAP?❗ CHECK THIS OUT😍 THIS WOOD LOOK *AMAZING* WITH A TIHT PERM!!! YO SHOOD SOOOO DO THIS NEXT TIME!!!!!
You definitely look way better with hi-lights! The curls are too loose and flat though and don't do your hair justice to be fair. You would definitely suit tight curls better along with a layered cut to give your curly hair volume and shape. I would look into doing your next perm using an alternating pattern of pink and gray rods and using an extra firm hold perm solution. Pink and blue rods would be even better, but would be a big jump, so you might want to do that for the perm after next!
@@vivianpratte Bring on the pink and gray.... lol! When is your next perm due? Will you refresh the hi-lights at the same time as well? I hope you keep them up too!
@@zoeburns5560 Noooo! I thought you meant pink rods - I am not that kind of person who will bring those colors to my hair! I will just stick with grey lol
@@vivianpratte I did mean pink and gray rods lol! I don't think pink color would suit you haha! Platinum blond hi-lights would look really good on you though! Will you be refershing the hi-lights with your next perm?
Nice! Next time you could benefit from going much blonder with a frosting cap! It'd reflect your bubbly demenour! For your next perm, I'm all for tight tight tight!!! What are you thinking now you've got more accustomed to curly lighter hair?
At the 4:19 mark you caption that you're ugly - that's a shame you felt that way, you look very pretty and your fresh curls looked amazing and so di the final result when you got home.
It's nice, but highlights are possibly a bit too much isolated from each other in individual clumps. You should try using a frosting cap next time. Much better than plain brunette and straight though!!!!!
@@vivianpratte It will look better, especially if you use all the holes in the cap for a good thorough mix of silver and brunette! Will you have a curlier/tighter perm as well?
