@@waikeonglim7703 He always knew who Perry was, as he's got a notebook in one episode that contains a script, so yeah, it's all an act, unlike with Peter the Panda. (I'm willing to bet it's because the actual organization they work for takes great usage of Doof's gear, since it actually can work, and Peter just often was assigned to the actual evil villains like the rest.)

At the beginning, the screen calls the channel the Super Secret Spy Network so maybe it is some kind of secret channel, most likely one people in the know could subscribe to. Maybe they'll make it fun and *do* require pressing a series of buttons on a remote to access it.
