If you are preparing, the concentration will reduce but if manufactured, it would be 10% as stated. However, we prefer plain dextrose for bolus dose. For maintaining you can use required GIR with electrolytes added

@@SridharKs Thanks for your response..என் வயது 43,3 மாதம் முன்பு சர்க்கரைநோய் கண்டறியப்பட்டது,தற்போது நார்மல்(fasting-110,pp-150,hba1c-6.5),மாத்திரை எடுத்தாலும் இதே அளவுதான்.இந்த 3 மாதமாக மதியம் 12 மணிக்கு லோ-சுகர் ஏற்படுகிறது.பிறகு இனிப்பு எடுத்தவுடன் ஏறுகிறது,உடனே குறைந்தும் விடுகிறது.நிலையாக இருப்பதில்லை.மறுபடி 2மணிக்கு சாப்பிட்டவுடன் ஏறுகிறது,உடனே குறைகிறது.hyper insulinemia வாக இருக்குமா?diaxozide எடுக்கலாமா?அல்லது வேறு வழியில் Glucagon ஐ அதிகப்படுத்தலாமா?

@@balemurupi659 i guess you are not taking any treatment now. Do you take breakfast? Blood sugar can drop in diabetes patients on treatment but not spontaneously. So if you get hypoglycemia by itself, you need to consult and get tested for conditions that result in high insulin secretion like tumors (at this age). I treat babies so won’t be able to advise further on this

Hi, hypoglycemia doesn’t persist but if it was severe and affected the brain, there can be delayed development. Did your baby have fits? Has baby been feeding well? Was hearing tested?
