Today, I visited Exmoor Pharma in Bristol and met 2 senior staff members, who persistently tried to intimidate and harass me in order to prevent me filming in a public place!
The old man, who looked a bit like Gary Glitter, was very brave harrassing the auditor and getting foul-mouthed with his lackeys by his side! He would never have come out on his own. Typical cowardly bully. Bragged about having plenty of money. Utterly cringe-worthy!
Two of the smarmiest, arrogant childish individuals you could meet. Trying to gang up like school bullies. I have a feeling they may be seeing more public photographers outside in the near future.

Stay away, this is the first time I have seen an auditor be 0% confrontational 100% polite and respectful. Those tossers like the laughing auditor and DJ are as arrogant and obnoxious as hell.
This is like mob rule, trying to intimidate and harass you standing in your way with arms folded and trying to block your way, they shouldn't be allowed to work anywhere, absolutely disgusting behaviour.

You have a right to defend yourself.. If the feds got called and didn't arrest these thugs, trying to intimadate my man, then I'd sue them in the civil courts..

Sutton was a director but resigned in Sept 2023. His company profile states that his hobby is ....photography!!!! He should know the law regarding photography then.
Just called the company to try and speak to the real owner - it's not this idiot btw. Basically let them know that the standard of behaviour in this interaction is far below anything acceptable. A disgrace, the lot of them.

Section 5 committed by the company workers let them call the police then demand they do thier jobs. Passive aggressive behaviour and constant harassment of someone in public try that with the wrong person they will definitely hear sirens. The 3 amigos swearing threatening harassing maybe the police need to investigate them.

The website has some cracking info on the two clowns 😂😂 Gavin Sutton (the "owner") - Operations Director/Project Manager, the guy who said 'don't worry about me, I have enough money', apparently enjoys photography, but won't let anyone else do it! David Vincent (man who wouldn't say his name) - Head of Process Development, trying his best to look intimidating, enjoys rowing, which looks hilarious in the picture!
What an absolute embarrassment for the company... they would be gone from the company if it was mine, they have made the company look like foolish bullies..
The fact that they were scared that you were into animal-rights, makes me wonder what cruel and twisted things that theise bullies are doing behind those walls?
Looking at these guys profiles makes my heart sink. To be frank they both are well educated with high level qualifications, have good jobs at a big company no doubt on decent salaries, have years of life experience dealing with all sorts of characters yet behave like playground bullies with a law abiding member of the public. Really??? Seriously??? Absolutely no excuses for this shameful behaviour.

What an absolutely disgusting company to have thugs like this, especially the manager and his sidekick in the blue jacket. They are absolutely despicable treating a member of the public like this and should be reported for harassment and bullying. I can't believe the man that ate all the pies is management he is more like a schoolyard bully. Again, you kept your cool, and your dignity pity the same can't be said about the owner.

@@lylecoglianese1645 it’s more common in America. These people go around with cameras strapped to them. They then wait for someone to come up to them and complain about them recording. Yes they are legally able to record in a public area! However they respond in ways that spark an argument. The camera man will then wait for the person being filmed to strike a punch or swear at them. Therefore, they can sue the person being filmed and get a quick buck out of them. It’s a smart scam that beats the law
i get the laws on filming are not well known so some people can be excused for not knowing them but the confident, arrogant way they tell you NO STOP FILMING is mind blowing. to be that sure of yourself when you know fuck all is astounding lol.

The ginger headed guy is actually blond, but he has had his head up Gavin Sutton's backside so many times, it's now ginger. If I were a customer of this company, I would drop like a hot brick, if they are this rude while being filmed, who knows what they ars saying about their customers behind their backs.
I love how an inferiority complex makes people behave, struggle and lower themselves, not even the knowledge of being on camera could save them. They broke pretty bad and will be very embarrassed knowing this is now online.
Oh my goodness - I’ve been watching audit videos for years and not many get as bad as this! These two really embarrassed themselves with some of the most childish behaviour I’ve ever seen. Worryingly aggressive and bullish - they are definitely hiding something in there. Gosh, can you imagine how bad it must be to work for these guys?? If there are any PR experts out there - this place will be hiring soon!!!
used to work for eXmoor a few months back, was an awful experience and was let go due to reasons that were incredibly untrue. Was treated extremely unfairly and I was only an 18 year old apprentice.

Have none of these people seen at least one audit on RU-vid? THERE ARE NO LAWS FOR FLYING YOUR DRONE OVER THEIR BUILDING OR FILMING IT FROM PUBLIC SPACE. TELL THEM THE CAA OWN THE SKY END OF. They are unusually dense though.
Should have taken the drone up when the first guy started his "It's the bloody law" spiel. Whatever they did after that would have been on them. This just has to be a mass audit.
