Takahisa Kandori and Kei Nanjo being like "we're back in this game and in the next games we disappear why the community is so obsessed with waifus? ". All hail P1 and the two P2, the two true pillars of the series.

and P3 to a _certain_ extent since they reference many of these characters on TV near the end of the game. I think P4 was the first true Persona game to omit any reference to the old games

So do Persona users have the natural strength to take blows from demons and deal basic damage to demons (like how the COMPS in devil survivor allowed humans to be on the same playing field as demons), making them nearly super human compared to non-persona users?

Persona users have always been said to be minorly superhuman in a bunch of places. Mostly just stronger, faster, more durable.

The first and second waves of X-1's are on both routes. X-2 is only through Nanjo, while you fight Chizuru instead on Elly's.

Clay Wright, just to tell you what they are, they are the X-1 Robots, they seal Persona's power. they are also similar to Persona 2 Innocent sin, the Longinus warriors that fought along with Hitler, yes. the Hitler himself.

nah man he’s resistant to all magic. the only way to beat him quickly is to reflect his attacks back at him.

@@tataladdd4251 Even weirder, the wiki explains Kandori is weak to all elemental magic but it IS true that reflecting damage back at him is the best way to go. Is it a hint towards his wanting to die or respecting the party as a whole? The world may never know lol.

@@companiondroid I think it's more about him secretly wanting the NWO to be stopped, but he feels that it's his fate to serve under Tatsuzou, and he's unable to change what he's "destined" to do. He even told Maya that he wanted her to go and chase Tatsuzou, but he's just a peon and can't let her do that. Also, his final battle quote is "Well done!", congratulating them on their defeating him. It's sad, but it ties in very nicely with P2EP's general theme of "fate is just a prediction too late" and that people can change.

@@queenofbel @@queenofbel I can totally agree with that! Kandori is definitely an interesting character because at one point he evolves from attempting to become a god like figure to an almost "enlightened" figure destined to become a puppet of the puppeteer that had strung him up. In a way, maybe it is his way of subtly showing the party he believes in them, especially pushing Nate / Eriko away when defeated to seal his doom and his resurrection spurred by the power of rumors. Considering that and his congratulations after his defeat, it's perhaps the one way he can even act out against his already sealed fate... Thank you for your perspective on this! I truly appreciate it!
