Seeing her cameo look so much more confident, along with her voice no longer stuttering and quiet is actually making me feel really proud of her, even if she is just a fictional character. She’s grown sm since Makoto first met her back in her first year at Gekkoukan :)
@@johanstenfelt1206 Shock, Confusion, Depression, Rememberence, Acceptance, Living on (as this is what the MC wanted, for his friends to live). As for how long she spent on each stage, we dunno. If only we could have also seen what happened to the other social links...
Hm, people say this is 3 Persona references in one, while i think i could pick apart which is referring to which, could anyone clarify what is referencing what?
The whole Iwatodai field trip takes on a new meaning once you've played P3. For instance, when Rise mentions how the owner of Club Escapade owes her due to a power outage ruining her event, that's a reference to how the Hermit Shadow was messing with the power lines at the time. In Persona 3 Portable, from which a lot of content was unfortunately cut from Reload, you can also return the favor and go to Inaba, where you can meet a young Yukiko while you stay at the Amagi Inn. I believe there's also a cameo of Kashiwagi during the Yakushima trip.
*I heard "Port Island" name: "HaH!!!?" *in Gekkoukan HS and I see former Justice SL& Mr.Edogawa: "What?!!! WOWOWWOW!!!?" . *Paulownia mall, in Bar. Persona3FES Opening, *Exist: *I'm fallen with tears
Would be really nice if the newer persona had more old persona references Like the persona 5 characters visiting the city of persona 4 characters Persona 3 characters visiting p2 school and etc.
Same general reason here. Plus in my first every run through of P3 I was playing P3P and never got to see how her S.Link ended. So when I bought FES I went and maxed out her S.Link. I think it ended quite happily. Hers and Yukari's are among my favorites. :3
Well, it's not like I hate the new voice (both of them are good). It's just it reminds me of the days I played P4 before Golden came out (when I was such a Persona series addict). Chie's old (english dub( voice just stuck to me playing the video game on the PS2 Sigh... good times :D
Wow this is crazy! I never knew that this was a reference to persona 3 when I played through P4G because it was my first persona game. 😮 When I was at this part of the game I really thought that girl was a future confidant that turns out she’s in P3! And it’s the same school, Gekkoukan from P3! I’m literally going through persona 3 portable right now(cuz too poor atm for reload) and seeing this recommended to me was so cool!
I don't know about you,but I did social links because I was interested in the characters, their traits, their problems...chihiro is one of my favorites :3
I gotta say, I really appreciate that Persona 4 did this little visit, it was a good way to truly signify that 3 & 4 were in the same Universe, without Arena making it even clearer, I kind of wish that Persona 5 did something similar, all we got was just some minor hints, do we know when 5 takes place since 4? By the way, am i supposed to take this Cameo as a sign that Chihiro was quite the Fan-Favorite when Persona 3 first came out or what? But seriously, if they ever do a Persona 4 Remake similar to Reload, i really hope they expand on this Visit, maybe add in some more cameos? Well, a reasonable amount at least.
I wonder what Kenji, bebe, hidetoshi, kazushi, and Yuko were up to when they visited the gekkoukan high. It's gonna be an amazing detail if they ever make them all have a cameo in persona 4 remake
The minute I noticed Chihiro as a cameo for P4, all I could feel is dryhumping towards my TV's screen. When I saw her cameo in the anime, I dryhumped my computer monitor also...
I played P4 first so this was just a filed trip for me. Then I fired up P3 and was shocked when I met younger Chijiro and realized that the P4 cast when to the P3 area hehe. Then I got to see Chihiro become (start to) what she was by P4. I loved when Chie said that she beat her in every aspect. It was such a fun line and made me laugh (Chie has quite a few of those commic moments) though I am not sure about that ;). Che-chan is loevly too.
@@nathanielgarza9198 If that's the case, why doesn't your romance SLs with your party members effect the story in any way? Chie and Yukiko are best friends, but they don't know they're dating the same guy they both also spend almost every day with?...
I always thought it was wasted potential not to have Chihiro mention the p3 protag in some way. Like if she bumped into Yu and then mentions that he reminds her of an old friend.
So that's why her speech sounds familiar. In any case, she actually looks confident in this scene unlike when she was still in first year. I guess all the spending time with her was beneficial. I'm kinda happy she managed to successfully remove her stutters and phobia with men
