Funnily enough, that Eccentric Temper Hassou Tobi actually dealt more dmg than a Satanael Black Viper which can't be resisted, but then again Eccentric Temper involves RNG. And obviously, Myriad Truths still deals the highest dmg possible to Jose.

it was a debilitated, charged eccentric temper hassou tobi too, and that still did more damage?

it is a physical almighty dmg type, it is affected by charge but not concentrate
