Se ve buenísimo. Lorena soy de Costa Rica y acá lo más popular para Navidad, es la pierna de cerdo. Crees que puede usar el mismo adobo de ají en el cerdo?

Si! Definitivamente se puede. Y creo que ya se qué pierna. Un tío argentino alguna vez también hizo pierna de cerdo para navidad con pimientos si recuerdo bien y ají y vino blanco o algo así. Voy a tener que ponerme a experimentar.
