As crossing is very random. And you shouldn't win money or randomness

For usma advanced instructions he used to put both deep defensive line and GG press.. he uses then depends on the situations!

Hey Spoony. I did watch the video- not live, though... Well, I find two important mistakes. 1. Counter target Wellbeck. I understood why, but Wellbeck is not stronger than Bellerin. Also, Bellerin is faster. That's why Ettorito lost some good balls. He should have chosen Aubameyang to counter in strength. 2. Both played center attack with 3 CFs. It's better with SS in such situations, so as to exploit the whole wide of the field. The CFs got stuck n the middle, thus were easy prey to double marking. It would be better to change to SSs and play 1-2 with the AMF. When Usmakabyle did it, he took the win. That's, of course, my opinion, I welcome every of your comments.

Great analysis! But I think more emphasis needs to be placed on PA2&PA3. That's what *really* makes these tactics work. Just get the ball to one of the 3 CF's and then tap-tap-tap-snore, sorry, score, I meant tap-tap-score. :p The 4 CB's is a direct reaction to the tippy-tap-tap between the 3 CFs. The AM is to provide the extra man running into the box for the final pass when CF's are well tracked, CM to pick up loose balls from blocks and interceptions outside the box, and the DM to slow down counter attacks. These guys sure as hell know the game inside out, but PA2+....meh, can't watch it for long. Just not my thing. It just tilts the gameplay too much in the direction of exploiting / defending against game mechanic exploits.

Hey Spoony ! How can i analyis the 7:20 the way that usma defending? I mean if i watch the gameplay with 0.25 speed.. what should i focus on in order to learn his defensive style? Blocking passing lane? Or press to ball holder or just close the open space?

The cheesy stuff from usmakabyle is Really not that good, BUT its all about winning there, and its a very high pressure Thing where you have to try every little Trick, i was in 2 World finals and 1 qualifier in Liverpool, its not the same as playing in Front of your TV at home.

Interesting analysis here, particularly with why one of them sticks counter target on the right CF. Still, I can't get over the 3xCFs anyway.. looks so stupid. Just another bit of sweat. Re Ettorito maybe forgetting to switch back to PA3 - isn't that an indictment on the whole bloody thing? I mean, we're discussing it as part of a tactical analysis, but there's no real-life tactical analogue for that. It's not footballing tactics; it's competitive computer-gaming tactics. These guys will find the most efficient way to exploit any system, that's a given. But come on Konami - why hand it to them on a plate? The end result is something that isn't engaging *to watch*. My understanding is they leave PA2+ in, because they don't want dull games. They've obviously not watched skillful PA1 or FUMA players play each other. They're hammering us now with all this esports nonsense, "eFootball PES 2020" haha; new broadcast camera (which I love). But how do they square that new focus with giving players a system that is so easy to exploit that all the sweat rises to the top? Again, it's an awful watch.

Honestly..I love the PES league competition but don't call yourselves pros if you play on Pass support 3. Just my opinion. Should either be manual or PS1

One on the left is particularly cringe with the added knowledge there both playing pa3 , they play the game and not the football , embarrassing your even endorsing it

This is completely unrealistic game play IMO. When real teams try to play straight through the middle the opposition will park the bus and it becomes impossible. PES should make it harder to do this tip tap crap and force people to actually use wingers to get around the bus. There is no midfield involved in this game it's just defend then pass straight up to the attackers. Show me a real life game similar to that!
