If we are cleaning out a sprayer tank, where can the rinsate / residual pesticide water be drained? Our just drains out of the greenhouse into the ditch drain…. Is that ok..?
That is likely not legal. Rinsate should be used up on a property using the same treatment so long as you do not go above label rate. If that is not feasible to do, rinsate should be stored in a tank of rinsate and disposed of at a hazardous waste facility.
