For a while, I thought Pete and Pete was an imaginary memory, no one else seemed to remember it. I'm glad I found this.

“It’s the last dance!” “I know, but… it’s my first.” Even as a kid, I knew that was powerful.

Absolutely loved this show back in the 90s as a teen. Have fond memories of watching this during the long summer hols then go out to play with my friends. Happy days.

God, some of these lines are so campy and great they just kill me. "I too bear a grim responsibility to the public good. Sometimes.. It gets lonely." 😂

Adam West (The chapter of the biggest prank in the school) , LL Cool J (Also appeared on "Sick Day", one of the best chapters) , Selma Blair (Penelope Ghiruto), among others

As a huge Hal Hartley fan it always filled me with joy to see Martin Donovan and Damian Young on the show, where they are effectively Hal Hartley characters. Hartley's cinematographer Michael Spiller also worked on the show, who went on to direct Scrubs, which, when you think about it, is Pete and Pete for adults.

This show was great, TOTALLY weird and real dark for a kids show, but that was what made it great. No one but 'Nick' would be bold enough to make a show like this

Wow, both Debbie Harry and Kate Pierson. (my two favorites.) I remember watching this when I was a kid. They had some great guest stars. Iggy Pop is so funny on here for the fact that he is on here.

I don't understand why they signed on for the show but man I'm glad they did because they really showed great talent for their characters and really captured the overall quirkiness of what is essentially just a very nice place to live. was that Hunter S Thompson? I shouldn't be surprised because so many unusual people just showed up in the show lol

Absolutely the best show on TV! I loved it and always thought it should have been on network a TV station and in a prime time slot! Even adults loved this show and could relate to a lot of it, especially with all the cameos that the kids never knew who they were or, in some cases, what they did that made them famous or infamous. Like Patty Hurst, about her kidnapping and involvement in the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA). Pluse there were many dark and hidden jokes that most kids would never have figured out. Still there were many situations that even adults could relate too. Like older Pete's nemesis Endless Mike. This was a great show and I would have rated it right up there along the with the Little Rascals. Except Pete & Pete would have been a more modern show. It just had that appeal. It was a shame it only lasted a few seasons. I still remember it starting off as 30 second shorts between ads.

Holy Crap, I missed the episode where Nona's dad was Iggy Pop. I was too young to know him at the time anway, but awesome now that I do.

What a broad spectrum of talent! And you know it's the early 90s when you've got grunge bands and people were still allowed to smoke on television. And you've got people like Hunter Thompson and Janeane Garofalo on a children's show! Love it!
