i remember a few years ago pete was on update and made a joke about how being with his family is just people asking him what kate is like and his response was "i don't know, she doesn't talk to me" and hearing him say now how she is one who he appreciates the most and how grateful he is for her is really heartwarming.
I really liked the interviewer. Good questions, no interruptions, nice attitude and no 9/11. Looking forward to seeing Pete Davidson in more movies in the future.
His humility is endearing but I hope he knows he is talented and valued and that people love him. Definitely both attractive and talented. He looks happy and healthy. Such a sweet guy. So smart. I hope he's doing great.
When Pete talks about Lorne at 12:00, my bet is Lorne has learned a lot about dealing with cast members who have struggled with demons in the past. The fact that he's so understanding of Pete probably comes from years or regret, changes, and improvement from the other member's that don't make it out as well as Pete.
I can't get enough of Pete Davidson! I adore him as an actor but more as a person who is open and honest about his struggles. The world needs more of him
Listening to Pete talk had me literally smiling the entire time. His manner, the way his mind works, plus he's adorable. This interviewer asked just the right questions and then got out of the way. Super job. Thanks so much for this!
It should have been his favorite season. He really came into his own and was probably the most consistent performer from week to week. Ego Nwodum broke out as well.
This was a great interview and I commend Kevin Jacobsen for how well he conducted it. Great questions, so relaxed, great delivery, respectful, educated in the subject matter, just an overall job well done! Really enjoyed it.
I am your mother's age but prob. Your biggest fan! Lol I love all your acting and all your interviews you never cease to amaze me and make me laugh when I'm so down Your Mom must be so proud!!!!
Had a feeling about Pete since his first Update bit back in ‘14 or ‘15. That face-memorable, unique, & in his expressions & phys. presence, kinda larger than life, like an old school comedian (say from the Jackie Gleason, Sid Caesar, Mel Brooks generation). Lorne was 100% right taking a chance on this one. I remember thinking, when I first saw him, oh this one’s gonna be a breakout. Just so glad he’s on a steady track now, so glad to hear several of the rest of them stepped up to be there for him. Loved everything he did this year, esp. his NFT Eminem sendup, Tucci gang, the Yeet thing & Sports Max bit with Chalomet. He brightens up every sketch he’s in. He’s still fresh, & I hope he sticks around SNL for some time to come.
When I think about the funerals Mr. Michael's has endured I am quite certain he would not want to endure it with Mr. Davidson. I am blown away by this young talented man's journey!
