Thank you Pete Hegsweth for your dedication and service to our country.🇺🇸 As you said prayer is powerful and I pray for all of the young men and women who have made the conscious decision to join the armed services and who have the strength, courage and resilience to make it through each stage of the vigorous mental and physical training. 👏 Some of these soldiers are not even the legal age to vote when they enlist and leave their families and homes for boot camp; which is truly remarkable in this day and age. 💪 It takes a special person to make the choice to put their life and safety on the line to serve and protect another and that is something that is commendable as opposed to condemnable from my perspective.💛 As military leaders and veterans who have already been there let us pray that you can each choose to lead by example in supporting, encouraging and motivating these recruits to stay the course and continue to grow individually and together along the way.💛 As we continue to see with the decline of new parishioners in churches around the country and in the number of new recruits in the military if people don’t feel welcomed and valued by leaders and other members in these organizations they stop coming, don’t bother or choose a different path and the question then becomes who suffers more in the long run?✨ Inclusion, acceptance and tolerance have always been some of Jesus’ key teachings with regard to bringing people together instead of further apart.🙏🕊️💛 May God continue to watch over all of our soldiers, military personnel and veterans regardless of their race, creed, sex, gender, political affiliation and/or any other characteristics that may make us different from one another. ✨ Respectfully, in times of crisis, combat and unrest if a solider fighting alongside another soldier one day saves their life; my hope is that instead of focusing on who saved them they will instead be grateful and thankful for the fact that they were there to serve beside them and did. 🙏🇺🇸✨🕊️💛

The beginning of the fall of the military was in the late 70´s 80´s when they dropped standards to recruit women and others who should have never been let in because they couldn't accomplish the PT goals or pass the psyche test. I saw a young man in my hotel in full uniform and he had normal hair-no high and tight and way longer than I'd ever seen. I asked if he was in the reserves and he said nope I'm in the regular Army. could have knocked me over with a feather. When my sister was in desert storm she talked about how unfair it was for the guys who had to carry all the heavy equipment where the girls were braiding their hair. (not her) but all the other woman in her unit were useless. They used up the water rations taking long showers, complained and whined about any physical work, and were basically anchors around the neck of the unit.

I used to feel honored that my kids wanted to follow my footsteps to the military. Now, I'm so happy they turned their back on their woke BS.

History tells us that... Every Great Nation’s Days Are Numbered. Sir John Bagot Glubb wrote this in the 1950’s. He was an Army General and historian. He studied eleven empires starting with the Assyrians in 859 B.C. and ending with the British in 1950. Sir John determined that each empire followed a remarkably similar pattern from birth to demise. Spanning a period of about 250 years, each went through the following 7 stages before their collapse: 1..The Age of Pioneers. 2. The Age of Conquests. 3. The Age of Commerce. 4. I love Pete Hegseth but I really wish he would get a different hair cut, this one creeps me out, every time I watch to him I can't stop staring at the back of his head to see why his head is shaped like that and then I miss what he has said.
